Summary

This study looked at whether regular aerobic exercise could improve quality of life and blood mineral levels in women who survived breast cancer and completed radiotherapy. It involved 28 post-menopausal women who had finished treatment within the past year. Researchers measured changes in zinc, copper, and iron levels along with quality of life surveys to see if exercise provided benefits.
