NCT ID NCT07170631

Summary

This study is testing a special exercise program designed to help women with breast cancer who are experiencing side effects from their treatment, like arm swelling (lymphedema) and nerve pain or numbness (neuropathy). The program combines general exercises with specific arm movements. Researchers will measure changes in swelling, pain, arm function, and quality of life before and after the program to see if it helps.
