Personalized home workouts tested to fight breast cancer drug pain

Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized home exercise program can help prevent or reduce the joint and muscle pain that is a common side effect of a standard breast cancer medication. Researchers will compare the exercise plan to usual care in over 200 patients starting the medication. The goal is to see if staying active at home can improve comfort and quality of life during treatment.
