Simple exercise program aims to improve elderly sleep

Summary
This study will test whether a 16-week online exercise program can improve sleep quality in older adults. Researchers will work with 18 participants aged 65+ who live in a specific community center. They'll measure sleep quality, breathing, mobility, and walking ability before and after the exercise program to see if regular movement helps people sleep better.
