First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding special breathing exercises to aerobic training can improve lung function, exercise ability, and quality of life in adults who had surgery for Tetralogy of Fallot, a heart defect. Sixty participants will be split into two groups: one does breathing exercises plus moderate aerobic exercise, the other does aerobic exercise alone, both for six weeks. Researchers will measure lung function, walking distance, and quality of life before and after the program.
