Summary
This study tested two different types of exercise to see which one better improves heart health, fitness, and breathing in children with autism. Researchers worked with 32 autistic children, dividing them into two groups. One group did a circuit of cardio exercises, while the other did a circuit of strength exercises, to compare the effects.
