NCT ID NCT07327073
Summary
This study aims to see if two different exercise programs can help people with a chronic inflammatory back disease called axial spondyloarthritis. Researchers will compare high-intensity interval training with moderate continuous exercise in 75 participants. The main goal is to see if exercise changes a blood marker (irisin) and improves pain, stiffness, function, and quality of life.
