Summary

This study aims to see if two different types of exercise can help people with a chronic inflammatory back disease called axial spondyloarthritis. Researchers will compare high-intensity interval training with moderate continuous exercise to measure their effects on a muscle hormone called irisin, disease activity, and patients' quality of life. The goal is to learn which exercise approach might be more beneficial for managing symptoms and improving daily function.
