Dance vs. steps: which exercise boosts ADHD Kids' focus?
NCT ID NCT07376863
Summary
This study tested whether two types of structured exercise could help children with ADHD. Fifty-one kids were split into groups to do either Gince Zumba (a rhythm-based dance) or Square Stepping (a pattern-based stepping game) for eight weeks, while a third group did no special activity. Researchers measured changes in attention, memory, coordination, and behavior to see if either exercise program made a difference.
