Summary
This study looked at whether two types of exercise—Gince Zumba (a dance workout) and Square Stepping (a step pattern game)—can improve attention, memory, and motor skills in children with ADHD. 51 children were randomly assigned to one of the two exercise groups or a control group. After 8 weeks, researchers measured changes in thinking and movement abilities to see which exercise helped more.
