Can exercise be the new medicine for ADHD?
NCT ID NCT07499427
Summary
This study tested whether different types of exercise could help college students with ADHD. Researchers compared an 8-week program of aerobic training, balance training, or a combined 'cognitive-balance' training to see which best improved ADHD symptoms, thinking skills, and balance. They also used brain imaging to understand how exercise might help.
