New study aims to ease the ache for hardworking dairy farmers
NCT ID NCT07442409
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a structured exercise program to standard workplace safety training can better reduce pain and improve quality of life for female dairy farmers. Researchers will compare two groups over 12 weeks: one receiving only ergonomics training, and another receiving the same training plus specific stretching and strengthening exercises. The goal is to find a practical way to help these workers manage the common aches and pains associated with their physically demanding jobs.
