First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study will test whether a program combining supervised breathing and chair exercises with ergonomic training can improve lung function, posture, and reduce pain in textile workers. Sixty volunteers aged 18-60 who have worked in textiles for at least 6 months will be randomly assigned to either a supervised exercise group or a home exercise group. The goal is to see if these simple interventions can address common work-related health issues like breathing problems and musculoskeletal pain.
