Summary

This study looks at how different recreational exercises—swimming, Pilates, and walking—affect muscle strength and balance in women at risk for osteoporosis. Researchers will measure handgrip strength, trunk strength, and balance in 60 women who have not exercised regularly. The goal is to find which activity offers the most benefit for preventing falls and fractures.
