Can special exercise training help control high blood pressure?
NCT ID NCT07375407
Summary
This study compared two different exercise programs for people with moderate to severe high blood pressure. Sixty participants were randomly assigned to either regular aerobic exercise or a special training method called physiological ischemic training for six weeks. Researchers measured how these exercises affected blood markers, fitness levels, muscle strength, and overall quality of life to see which approach might be more beneficial.
