First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looked at how one session of moderate exercise affects the well-being of babies who are not growing well in the womb (fetal growth restriction). Researchers measured the baby's health using ultrasound before and after the mother exercised. The goal was to see if exercise causes any changes, and the study involved 40 pregnant women between 28 and 36 weeks.
