Scientists test if exercise makes you wobbly and distracted
NCT ID NCT07453043
Summary
This study looked at how a single session of intense exercise temporarily changes a person's balance and mental focus. Researchers tested 30 healthy young men, having some do a hard workout while others rested, and then measured their balance and how quickly and accurately they performed thinking tasks. The goal was to understand how physical exertion might briefly disrupt the body's sense of stability and cognitive sharpness.
