Summary
This study aimed to see which of two common exercise types works better for improving balance and vertical jump in people who are mostly inactive. Researchers worked with 68 sedentary young adults, splitting them into groups doing different exercises or no exercise for four weeks. They measured balance and jumping ability before and after to compare results.
