Summary

This study tests whether educational videos about exercise can help people with early-stage chronic kidney disease become more physically active and improve their fitness. Researchers will compare 60 participants who receive either video education or standard education over 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the video approach helps patients walk farther, build strength, and stay active compared to traditional methods.
