Summary
This study tested whether a supervised exercise program helps patients undergoing a stem cell transplant for blood cancer. Fifteen participants were assigned to either follow an 8-week exercise plan or receive standard care. Researchers measured changes in strength, flexibility, and blood counts to see if exercise improved physical condition during the difficult transplant process.
