Summary
This study is testing whether a light exercise program performed during regular kidney dialysis sessions can help improve sleep quality and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. It will involve 100 adults who have been on long-term dialysis. Researchers will measure changes in sleep, mood, and anxiety levels to see if this simple, time-efficient approach makes a difference.
