Dialysis patients: pedaling during treatment may boost your mood and sleep

Summary
This study looks at whether a simple exercise program done during hemodialysis can improve sleep quality, reduce depression, and ease anxiety in people with kidney failure. About 100 adults on dialysis for more than three months will take part. Researchers will measure changes using standard sleep, depression, and anxiety questionnaires.
