Summary
This study aims to see if combining home aerobic exercise with the medication omaveloxolone can improve energy levels and reduce fatigue in people with Friedreich's ataxia. Researchers will enroll 30 participants, some taking the drug and some not, to complete a 3-month home cycling program. The main goals are to test the safety of home exercise and measure if the drug helps people get more benefit from training.
