New combo therapy aims to shrink swollen arms for breast cancer survivors
NCT ID NCT07459881
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether combining arm exercises with a special compression sleeve can help reduce painful swelling (lymphedema) in the arms of breast cancer survivors. Researchers will measure changes in arm size, shoulder movement, arm function, and quality of life in 20 participants. The goal is to see if this combined approach offers better relief than either method alone.
