Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of posture correction exercises and breathing muscle training can help people with COPD who also have a forward head posture. Researchers will work with 72 participants to see if these exercises can reduce shortness of breath, improve chest expansion, and enhance lung function. The goal is to find a non-drug way to help manage breathing difficulties and improve quality of life.
