Can short classroom workouts boost Kids' skills and behavior?
NCT ID NCT06943196
Summary
This study tested whether adding short, structured physical activity breaks to the school day could help children with mild intellectual disability. Twenty-two children were split into two groups: one did guided exercises like stretching and jumping, while the other had free play time. Researchers measured the children's motor skills, endurance, and behavior before and after the 8-week program to see which approach was more helpful.
