Can lifting weights while doing puzzles sharpen an aging mind?

NCT ID NCT07278141

Summary

This study aims to see if combining strength training with mental exercises (like memory or math tasks) is better than strength training alone for improving physical ability, thinking skills, and eye movement control in older adults with mild cognitive impairment. Researchers will compare three groups: one doing combined exercises, one doing strength training only, and a control group. The goal is to find a better way to help manage symptoms and maintain function in daily life.
