Summary
This study aims to understand why exercise helps some people with chronic shoulder pain but not others. Researchers will use brain scans and movement tests on 60 adults with shoulder pain to see how the brain and body respond to exercise. The goal is to learn how exercise relieves pain and find ways to predict which patients will benefit most from it.
