Hop to it: can simple exercises strengthen bones with or without medication?
NCT ID NCT07267325
Summary
This study aims to see if a simple, home-based hopping exercise program can improve bone health in postmenopausal women with low bone density. It will compare the effects in women who are already taking standard bone-preserving medication to those who are not on any such medication. The goal is to understand if exercise works better alone or in combination with medication to help control osteoporosis and reduce fracture risk.
