Summary
This study aims to understand how a single session of jumping exercise affects chemicals in the blood related to bone health. Fifteen healthy young men will perform jumping exercises and have their blood tested before, immediately after, and one hour later. The goal is to learn more about how physical activity signals the body to build stronger bones.
