First seen Apr 21, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at how people's beliefs about exercise and pain influence their daily activity levels. Researchers will ask 55 adults with recent muscle or joint pain to fill out questionnaires about their pain, exercise habits, and activity patterns. No treatments or interventions are given—the goal is simply to gather information that could help design better programs to encourage physical activity in people with pain.
