Summary

This study looks at whether a supervised exercise program before lung cancer surgery can improve patients' fitness and recovery. About 74 adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer will either do three weekly exercise sessions for 12-16 weeks or receive usual care. The goal is to see if exercise helps them handle surgery better and have fewer complications.
