Summary

This study tests a smartphone app called RemoteEx+ that provides exercise videos, workout plans, and tips to reduce dementia risk. It is for adults aged 40-85 living in rural Kansas and Nebraska who are not very active. The goal is to see if the app helps them stick with exercise, improve blood pressure and mobility, and learn about brain health.
