App and wearable aim to boost activity in cancer survivors

Summary
This study looks at whether a personalized exercise app paired with a Fitbit can help cancer survivors become more active and improve their health and quality of life. About 160 adults who have finished active cancer treatment will use the app and tracker for a period of time. The goal is to see if this technology-based approach increases daily steps and boosts well-being.
