Summary

This study tested two exercise programs—aerobic exercise and a technique called physiological ischemic training—in 60 adults with grade 2 high blood pressure. Over 6 weeks, researchers measured changes in blood markers, heart and lung fitness, muscle strength, and quality of life. The goal was to see which approach better improves overall health and well-being in people with hypertension.
