Summary

This study looks at whether different exercise routines can improve esports performance. About 195 regular shooter-game players, aged 18-29, will be split into three groups: high-intensity interval training (HIIT), moderate-intensity continuous training (MICT), or no exercise. Over 12 weeks, researchers will measure gaming skills using Aim Lab and mental focus questionnaires. The goal is to see if exercise helps gamers perform better and how long any benefits last.
