Summary

This study is testing whether a supervised exercise program after weight loss surgery helps patients maintain muscle mass and bone density. Researchers will compare 54 patients who do the exercise program with those who don't. The goal is to see if exercise can prevent common side effects of rapid weight loss after surgery.
