Summary
This study compared two types of moderate exercise training for people recovering from mitral valve replacement heart surgery. It aimed to see if interval training or continuous training was better at improving walking ability, breathing, heart efficiency, and overall quality of life. The trial involved 56 patients who participated in a 12-week, supervised exercise program.
