Summary

This study looks at whether a supervised exercise program after bariatric surgery helps people keep muscle mass and bone density. About 54 adults who are waiting for weight-loss surgery will either exercise or not. The goal is to see if exercise can prevent muscle loss and keep bones strong after major weight loss.
