Summary

This study looks at whether training therapists in a program called Unstuck and On Target helps children with autism improve their executive functioning (like planning and flexibility) and reduce challenging behaviors. About 672 children, their caregivers, and therapists will take part. The goal is to see if this approach works better than standard emotional therapy and can be used widely in community mental health settings.
