10-Year checkup: how well does this hip implant hold up?
NCT ID NCT02188095
Summary
This study followed 100 patients for 10 years after they received a specific type of hip replacement called the Excia T. The goal was to see how long the implant lasts and how well it controls pain and improves movement in people with hip arthritis. Researchers tracked the implant's survival rate, pain levels, and patients' ability to perform daily activities over the decade.
