Summary
This study tests a new drug called zanzalintinib, either alone or with an immunotherapy (nivolumab), in people with advanced kidney cancer that got worse after standard adjuvant therapy. About 70 adults will take part. The goal is to see if the drug shrinks tumors and is safe.
