Summary

This study tests whether adding evolocumab (a drug usually used for high cholesterol) to standard treatment can quickly lower blood fat levels in people hospitalized with pancreatitis caused by very high triglycerides. About 40 adults will receive either standard care alone or standard care plus evolocumab. The goal is to see if the drug helps reduce fat levels faster and prevents complications.
