Summary
This study tests a new medicine called EVO756 in 120 adults with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). Participants receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it safely reduces skin redness, itching, and rash. The goal is to ease symptoms, not cure the condition.
