New eczema drug shows promise in Mid-Stage trial

Summary
This study tests a new medicine called EVO756 in 120 adults with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). The goal is to see if it safely reduces skin redness, itching, and rash. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for a set period, and doctors will track changes in eczema severity.
