Summary

This study tested the safety and effectiveness of a small, permanent lens that is surgically implanted inside the eye to correct nearsightedness and astigmatism. It involved 327 people with moderate to high vision problems. Researchers followed participants for up to three years to see how well the lens worked and to monitor for any side effects.
