First seen May 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study follows 100 people with pancreatic cysts or tumors who receive a treatment called EUS-guided radiofrequency ablation (RFA). A thin tube with a camera is used to deliver heat directly to the lesion to destroy it. The goal is to see how well the procedure works and track any side effects over 7 years. This is not a cure, but a way to manage the disease and prevent it from getting worse.
