First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026

Summary

This study tests a procedure called EUS-guided radiofrequency ablation (EUS-RFA) for people with pancreatic insulinoma, a rare tumor that causes low blood sugar. The goal is to destroy the tumor cells using heat delivered through an endoscope, relieving symptoms without major surgery. About 20 participants will be enrolled to see if the procedure is safe and effective.
