Summary

This study is testing a new oral medication called etrasimod to see if it can help control ulcerative colitis in elderly patients. Researchers will follow 30 participants for a year to check if their symptoms improve and if the drug is safe. The goal is to see if this pill can reduce gut inflammation and help people manage this chronic condition.
