Summary
This study is testing a pill called etrasimod to see if it can help control ulcerative colitis in people aged 65 and older. Researchers will follow 30 patients for a year to check if their symptoms improve, if their colon looks healthier on a scope, and how safe the drug is. The goal is to see if this oral medication is an effective and safe long-term management option for this age group.
