First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a special ethics and morals course could help new nurses feel more connected to their work and improve their patient care skills. Researchers compared 120 newly graduated nurses: one group got the extra ethics training, while the other had standard training only. The goal was to see if the course boosted their sense of mission, professional benefits, and humanistic care abilities.
